ProCure ODX Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy tells you how ProCure On-Demand, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation. (“ProCure,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information we collect on our ProCure Mobile App and website (collectively, the “Site”) effective as of the date posted above. By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Policy.

The Site provides organ transplant centers and other customers (“you”) a variety of services designed to facilitate the customer’s coordination of information collected by the customer in connection with the provision of the customer’s services from organ identification and acquisition, to transportation and transplantation (“Customer Information”). Information collected.

We collect information that you submit when you download, use or visit the Site including registration information (your name, company, title, email and postal address, telephone number and user name and password), contact information if you contact us with an inquiry or for technical support (email address, telephone number), information about individuals you authorize to access and use your account (name, company, email address, user name and password), payment information for billing purposes, precise geolocation information (with your or your authorized user’s consent), and Customer Information that you or your authorized users choose to submit to the Site when using the services. We also automatically collect statistical data about your interactions with the Site when you download, use or visit the Site as more fully described below.

We automatically collect information using technology such as log files, cookies, web beacons and similar technologies when you or your authorized users download, use, or visit the Site including device’s IP address, and statistics about how you use the Site. Accessing your information and your choices

You can update, amend or delete your information at any time by logging into your account.

We may share your information with our affiliated companies

When you do so, your authorized users will have access to Customer Information in your account, subject to any restrictions you place on such access. Where you use our Site to communicate with or to enter into a transaction or proposed transaction with another individual or business you may direct us to provide your information to that other party in order to facilitate the transaction or the correspondence you have requested. If we receive instructions using your log-in information we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Our Site is maintained on servers located in the United States, and personal information submitted is stored on our servers in the United States. If you are visiting our Site from outside the United States, please be advised that your information is transferred to our U.S. servers. Disclosing your personal information to us pursuant to this Privacy Policy is at your own risk. We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service or as required by law. When you terminate your account we may retain aggregated, de-identified or statistical information from your account for analytic purposes.


Children’s Privacy

This Site is not designed nor intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 please do not submit any information to us.


Notices to residents of certain states

California residents: We do not share personal information about California individuals with whom we have an established business relationship with other entities for their use to directly market their own products or services.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah residents: We are currently not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Personal Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. If we become subject to any of these laws in the future we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Nevada Residents: We do not transfer personal information for monetary consideration.
